How do consumers choose local businesses in 2020
Ignite Visibility, have put together a new study on how users and consumers search for a business local to them by channel
The study shows that local customers still love using their computers and they use Google as a favourite search engine. Before choosing a local service, customers pay a lot of attention to business descriptions, high-quality photos, and videos. So you would want to make sure that your website has it all in order to meet your customers’ expectations. The vast majority stated that before making a purchase they check reviews from major review sites such as Google or Yahoo more rather than niche.
